Animation directors are tougher to get onto the exchange. Case in point: Pete Docter doesn't have a stock and he was the director of Soul
Kemp Powers has only received one full director credit that was shared with two others (and will probably get the same for Spider-Verse 3)... Phil Lord and Chris Miller who (oddly) were given separate stocks were already directing live action movies when they got them.
I do agree about Reinaldo Marcus Green though... had a huge hit with Bobby Marley, directed Will Smith to an Oscar... a really solid filmmaker who deserves a stock.
I assume Karan Soni will get one eventually, especially if he has an upcoming H$250 movie he'll be attached to so Antibody can offer a really high-priced Celebstock IPO ;)
