Do keep in mind that during the course of his actions he was the Commander and Chief of the armed forces. With the evidence already on full display since 6 Jan a military court could have already convicted him and sent him to a fireing squad.
When the will of the people has been so thourly dismissed by our leaders I wonder if they are really being hateful by not removing him from the ballots. Remember that what has gone on so far is just a warm-up exercise, a full on political campain would really get nasty.
Personally I believe that the adults in the RNC will wash their hands of him prior to the real show. For no better reason than that they can't afford to keep throwing money away watching Tump find new lows and seeing that he hasn't stopped digging.
