Sometimes the Back-Door Login works when HSX is having Technical Troubles (frequently in 2016).

Call up the HSX Website, but instead of doing the Login, Enter a Trade Transaction (even if just 1 Share). It will flip to the Login Screen, but when you Click Login, it will Flip to the Trade Confirmation Screen without Loading your Port.

HSX has had Consistent Technical Issues in the last Five (5) Days - Ports Not Loading, Ports Loading Improperly, Trade Transactions Hanging, HSX Server Not Responding.

If you can access the site from other computers then you have a computer or internet service problem {nm} JDolphin Sep 06, 11:21

But I can log in to every other site I use with the same computer and internet service. It's only hsx that will lot allow me to log in {nm} JohnBracken Sep 06, 13:52

ok asking a simple q - have you cleared your cache. That's always the 1st thing to do. Do you use the login page or the url shortcut? JDolphin Sep 06, 19:56
