Based on a novel by Jamaica Kincaid, Lucy stars Zoe Saldana as a girl from the West Indies who spends the summer in an affluent New York community working as a nanny. She soon notices that their perfect life is merely a facade. Natasha Richardson plays her employer, while Bonnie Hunt plays the employer's friend.
