Chris Tucker returns in the sequel to Money Talks, the hit 1997 action comedy that made the motor-mouthed actor a star. Brett Ratner, who directed the first, is expected to return as well. Tucker played Franklin Hatchett, a scammer who teamed up with Charlie Sheen's television reporter. It is not clear whether Sheen will reprise his role for this installment.
