The horror film The Wolfman [WOLFM] has been pushed back from its release date this November to next year. The classic monster revival was originally scheduled for Valentine's Day weekend this year, but now will be released a full year later on the next Valentine's Day weekend of Feburary 12, 2010. Universal picked up The Fourth Kind [4KIND] and slotted the thriller starring Milla Jovovich [MJOVO] into the vacated November 6 date.
Universal also added three other films to their release slate. Green Zone [GREZN], the Baghdad-set film reuniting Matt Damon [MDAMO] with director Paul Greengrass [PGREE], will finally be seen on March 12, 2010. The action film has sat on the shelf waiting for activities in Iraq to simmer down.
MacGruber [MGRUB], the comedy based on a 'Saturday Night Live' character, was given a spring slot of April 16, 2010, while the comedy Get Him to the Greek [GHGRK] starring Russell Brand [RBRAN] gets a high profile summer date of June 11, 2010.
