Continuing to build on its blockbuster performance, The LEGO Movie [LEGO] led the President's Day weekend with an estimated $63.5 million. The animated film has snapped up $143.8 million in just 11 days.
Kevin Hart has another hit as About Last Night [ABLNT] debuted in second place with $28.5 million over the 4-day holiday weekend. Older women were the primary audience.
RoboCop [ROBOC] opened at the third spot nabbing $25.6 million and $30.5 million since opening on Wednesday. The action remake attracted a crowd that was 62% male.
The Monuments Men [MONUM] finished fourth with $18 million, declining just 25% from its opening weekend when comparing the 3-day portion.
Endless Love [ENDLS] collected $15.1 million over the holiday weekend to open fifth overall. The romance skewerd young women as 80% were female and 76% were under the age of 25.
The fantasy romance Winter's Tale [WINTL] flopped in seventh place with just $8.1 million over the long weekend.
