Warner Bros. has unleashed the theatrical trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road [MMAX4], a reboot of the original post-apocalyptic franchise from visionary director George Miller [GMILL]. Tom Hardy [THARD] stars in the title role made famous by Mel Gibson. Charlize Theron [CTHER] co-stars as the Imperator Furiosa, Nicholas Hoult [NHOUL] as Nux and known as The Wives are Zoë Kravitz [ZKRAV] as Toast, Riley Keough [RKEOU] as Capable, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as Splendid, Abbey Lee as The Dag, and Courtney Eaton as Fragile.
Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
Mad Max: Fury Road arrives in theaters on May 15th.
