As all the new arrivals underperform at the box office, Sully [SULLY] held on to the top spot with an estimated $22.0 million. The drama declined 37% from its debut to bring its totatl to $70.5 million.
Blair Witch [WOODS] opened in second place with $9.7 million. The true sequel to The Blair Witch Project drew an audience that was 56% male and 61% over the age of 25.
Bridget Jones's Baby [BJON3] grossed $8.2 million to debut at the third spot. The romantic comedy sequel skewed 79% female and 72% over the age of 35.
Snowden [SNWDN] opened with $8.0 million for fourth place.
When the Bough Breaks [WTBBR] dropped 61% in its second weekend to $5.5 million and sixth overall.
Hillsong - Let Hope Rise [HSLHR] finished outside the top 12 with just $1.3 million.
