Halloween weekend turned out to be a trick for Inferno [NFERN], which flamed out in second place with an estimated $15.0 million. Tyler Perry's Boo! A Madea Halloween [BOAMH] was treated to a repeat in first with $16.7 million, down just 41% from its debut. The comedy has bagged $52.0 million. Meanwhile, Inferno's opening is less than 33% of the previous sequel, Angels & Demons.
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back [RECH2] took third place with $9.6 million. The sequel tumbled 58% in its second weekend to bring its total to $39.7 million.
Ouija: Origin of Evil [OUIJ2] held 50% of its debut to finish fifth at $7.1 million.
Keeping Up with the Joneses [KUWTJ] did even better, declining just 38% to $3.4 million and eighth overall.
