How to be a Latin Lover [HTBLL] debuted in second place with $12.0 million. Hispanics made up 89% of the comedy's audience which was also 55% female and 75% over the age of 25.
The Circle [CIRCL] underperformed with a fourth placing opening of $9.3 million. Women made up 63% of the audience, which gave the thriller a CinemaScore of D+.
Unforgettable [UNFRG] declined 51% in its second weekend to $2.3 million, while Born in China [BCHNA] dropped 53% to $2.2 million.
Expanding wide to 866 theaters, The Lost City of Z [LOCTZ] found $1.7 million to advance its total across $4.8 million.
Sleight [SLEIG] pulled out $1.7 million from 565 theaters to finish outside the top 12.
