Game Night [GAMEN] opened in second place with $16.6 million. The comedy drew an audience that was 56% female and 80% over the age of 25.
Peter Rabbit [PRABT] finished third with $12.5 million, bringing its total to $71.3 million.
Annihiliation [ANHLT] debuted at the fourth spot with $11.0 million. The sci-fi film appealed to a crowd that was 58% male and 67% over the age of 25.
Every Day [EVRYD] took in $3.1 million to open ninth overall. The teen romance skewed 67% female.
Early Man [ERLYM] declined 47% in its second session to $1.7 million and the tenth spot.
