Floating up an estimated $91.0 million to lead the weekend box office, It: Chapter Two [IT2] scored the second biggest horror and September opening of all times behind It. The sequel drew more older men at 53% male and 67% aged 25 or older versus 51% and 65% for the first film.
Angel Has Fallen [HFAL3] slipped to second with $6.0 million and $53.5 million after three weekends,
Good Boys [GBOYS] finished third at $5.4 million, bringing its total to $66.8 million.
Overcomer [OVRCM] rounded out the top five with $3.8 million and $24.7 million overall.
The Peanut Butter Falcon [PBFAL] jumped up the the seventh spot with $2.3 million to advance its sum to $12.3 million.
