New trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog

Paramount has revealed an updated trailer for the live-action adaptation Sonic the Hedgehog [SONIC] based on the SEGA videogame franchise.  Sonic is an extra-terrestrial alien who turns up at the home of his new best friend, played by James Marsden [JMARS].  Jim Carrey [JCARR] stars as the evil genius Dr. Robotnik who wants the speedy critter for his plans of world domination. Ben Schwartz provides the voice of Sonic, who now appears more like his videogame self, rather than some hybrid humanoid from the original trailer. Sonic the Hedgehog rolls into theaters on February 14th.
