Warner Bros. called a tie for second place as Judas and the Black Messiah [JWMHB] debuted at $2.0 million over 3-day and $2.4 million over 4-day, the same amount as for previous champion The Little Things [LTHNG]. Judas and the Black Messiah attracted an audience that was 53% female and 69% over the age of 26.
The Marksman hit $1.1 million over 3-day and $1.3 million over 4-day to finished at the fourth spot.
Land [LAND] opened with $940K over 3-day and $1.1 million over 4-day.
Opening in 245 theaters, The Mauritanian [PR760] captured $144K over 3 days and $170K over 4 days.
The World to Come [TWTCM] bombed with just $43K over 3-day and $49K over 4-day from 277 theaters.
