Trailer for A Hero

Amazon Studios has released the official trailer for the Iranian drama A Hero [AHERO] from writer-director Asghar Farhadi, who has won the Oscar twice for Foreign Language Film.  The film won the Grand Prix prize at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival. A Hero opens in  theaters on January 7th and on Amazon Prime Video January 21st.

Rahim (Amir Jadidi) is in prison because of a debt he was unable to repay. During a two-day leave, he tries to convince his creditor (Mohsen Tanabandeh) to withdraw his complaint against the payment of part of the sum. Buvt things don't go as planned.
