Madame Web [MDWEB] opened in second place with $15.15 million over the 3-day weekend. The 4-day estimate of $17.60 million brings the Wednesday through Monday total at $25.81 million. The Spider-Man spinoff was received poorly by critics and moviegoers. The film earned a C+ CinemaScore from an audience that was 53% male.
After two weeks in first, Argylle [ARGYL] finished third with $4.72 million over 3-day. The 4-day estimate of $5.55 million puts the sum at $37.29 million.
The Chosen: Season 4 Episodes 4-6 [TCS42] debuted at $3.44 million over the 3-day weekend, for a total of $4.22 million through Sunday.
