Universal has released the theatrical, green band teaser for the comedy Neighbors [NEIBR]. Only six years removed from his breakout slacker role in Knocked Up, Seth Rogen [SROGE] is already playing the straight-laced family man. Zac Efron [ZEFRO] co-stars as the frat boy who moves his fraternity into the house next door. Their different lifestyles clash and hilarity ensues. Neighbors arrives in theaters on May 9th.
