Lemme think...in the old version, if it was a strong ipo, I think the first movement occurred at 1:50a. Occaisionally, you got a single bump

at about 1:15a.  I haven't really paid attention to trends now. I imagine it would be similar.  I can say that the first movement I can vaguely remember from recent history is after 3:30a at least.
