Blockbuster Warrants Question
Posted by: Arayel on Apr 25, 05:39
I've been gone a few years and just reently started trading again but I'm a little confused by the new style BW's. The old ones used to be based (if memory serves) on the final domestic gros of a film. However the wording of the new ones is 12 weekends. Now my question is does this mean it delists after 12 weekends but takes the total gross of 12 weeks, or that it only takes into account the weekend gross' for 12 weekends of opening?
For example, Safe House 110m BW cashes out in a week or so. Its current gross is about 125m which would make the current BW price about right (it wont make much more after all) however if it's on;y 12 weekends then its time to buy short....
Thanks in advance
