On the stock you are talking about I have weathered both big gains and big losses over the last week, and have always made gains on my position on the OW. Personally I think it is best to accurately look at what the film is likely to do weighting all influencing factors appropriately, rather than spending the same time on trying to game HSX.
As most of the other commentators here have said, OW and stocks are influenced by traders so having a handle on what sort of person plays this game will give you an insight into what stocks will be deemed valuable by them vs. the reality of box office potential. Ultimately you need faith in the decisions you have made based on the 1st paragraph here and to hell with the market - every stock (especially the derivatives) are based on real world box office.
