Trying to answer a few of your questions

For a non-studio fund you start with H$20 million which translates to H$20 price per share for people investing in the fund.
The number of people investing in your find has no impact on the amount of funds you have, only your investment ability, the goal is to turn the H$20 Million into H$100 Million in as short a time as you can (which translates to H$100 per share for your investors).
The definition/rules of your portfolio that govern what you can invest in are fixed at the time of IPO (for example the Sci-Fi fund can't change to become Sci-Fi and Fantasy) and you can't start to invest until the day after the IPO (so the price stays stable at H$20 for the day of IPO).
Other than that, it runs as a normal portfolio - you can even use the "Earn H$" opportunities!
