Question: N3ADDL is over $12.00 and yet it cashes out at $12.00

Since the nomnioption for Day Lewis (N3ADDL) is over $12.00 (hovering between $12.01 and $12.11 yesterday) wouldn't it make more sense to cash out now than to wait for the nomination announcements? Are there any advantages to holding it over for the $12.00 cash out when he gets nominated?
