I bought some PUT derivatives on short for some securities. I think their price is going to go down, i bought them for $2.00 and let's say they go to $1.20, but the question is: how do they cashout?

Yes, but it depends on whether the movie's OW makes the strike price. If it makes more than the strike price, the put will cash out at zero Roger More Jul 25, 11:55
