Blockbuster Question

Ok I got the Blockbuster on Transformers 2,which had it cash out at 300 million.The way I  understood it if it broke 300,then the share was to cash out at 30 a share.Transformers is at 299 million right now.Shouldn't the stock be closer to 30 then what it is right now,which is 20?Or is this just a matter of HSX needing to play catch up?Any input would be awesome.

I feel like a noob but I'm just looking to make sure I understand the Blockbuster options because I usually don't get into it.These last two rounds marks the first time I've done it.
