Question about delisting options.

CINDE.CA delisted yesterday at $2.88.  I thought the calculation for delisting a call was Actual Gross - Strike Price = Delist price.  In this case Cinderella grossed 70.1M and the strike price was $65.  Why didn't this call delist at $5.10?
