ok, so about stocks that don't have 5 movies worth of history....?

I've had a membership forever, and i've NEVER bothered to learn this....who can help a brother out?  I don't find it on the FAQs here either.  If someone's TAG is set at a certain amount and they don't have 5 movies with which to take an average, how is their new TAG valued arrived at once a movies delists?
