HSX does NOT traditionally close out or delete accounts.  You CAN send an email to support and let them know you are quitting the game, etc... but there is no set time limit as to when an account is deleted that *I'm* aware of.

The ticker merely shows movement on various stocks, etc...it should not be relied on for trading purposes - it's more for 'show.'  It's also delayed by 15 min...and it may show a recent purchase or price movement up or down...so it doesn't really show how many shares were 'shorted' or sold...only an amount of shares, and whether the price is up or down in relation to all trading.

Again, it's not a good indicator on whether you should buy or sell a stock, etc....
