Where To Put $100 Million?

Due to transactions I've made.  (Selling blockbuster stocks before they drop, selling off stocks before they drop, and where I've already made money..)   I have over $100 million in cash in my $850 million portfolio.   My proftis have come from a slow, steady climb. as opposed to dramatic gains.  

 

 Now, I have over $100 million in cash, something that is rare for me, as I usually like to keep most of it invested, so that I can make as much money as possible.    I don't know what to do with it, as I can't find any.. "atractive" so to say, stocks where to put the money.

 

Any ideas of what to do?   I do not want to keep all this cash around, and have it not trying to make money for me.
