The general rule is that movies in development for three years get downgraded to concept, and concept movies generally get delisted at the
next dead delist or two. Dead delists happen several times a year. I don't track and it seems to depends on the # of delistable stocks so is not on a reliable schedule, but you'll see it at least every three months.
Every dead delist it pays to also check which stocks have been moved to concept. Or pro-tip - track when development stocks get moved to concept, because it means a dead delist is usually coming in a week or two.
