So, then according to what you posted, are there not numerous well-known HSX billionaires in violation of blatant market manipulation?
Take RotoHockey for example...he has multiple ports (YTD2014, etc.) Just check the Leaderboard under Daily Volume to confirm. Do you honestly believe he isn't using one port to manipulate the other(s)?
I doubt any such violators have had anything done to them or ever will, given their "billionaire" status.
For that matter, there are easily thousands of HSX ports in potential jeopardy as they blatantly manipulate this market through HSX leagues and fan sites, namely KaiGee, who is in direct violation of exactly what you posted in bold.
But I'm wrong because otherwise I'd be HSX-rich, too...right? I'm the "bad" guy for calling their bluffs as usual.
