Will Disney and streaming releases that charge to watch have a box office value?

Will Disney even report it? 

If 2.0 million copies of Mulan are sold,  will that be reported?

Honestly, to keep this site being more than just shorting everything, we need a mechanic to value releases like Mulan. I just don't know how if they don't report.
