Iron Man 2 Put...how come I lost $$??

Hello, I was going through my transactions, and need some clarification please. I bought 6000 shares of the Iron Man 2 $155 million PUT. I am showing that I LOST over $125,000 on the transaction. How is that possible? I wagered on the "under" and it did...only making $128 mil. Is this a mistake? If so, how and who goes about correcting it.

Did you buy the put, or short the put? The put price halted at $3.04. If you did a buy, you were betting the movie would make less than JDolphin May 17, 20:47

No, it clearly shows that I bought the put. WheelsWhite May 18, 11:45

Look at the action column of your purchase - if it does say 'Buy' (instead of 'short') then I would post this over on the Feedback and JDolphin May 18, 21:47
