Important dates after COVID-19 strikes:
The Corona Virus Crisis (COVID-19) hit on March 9, 2020.
On May 1st, 2020, Cantor Fitzgerald fires DMac (Antibody) the single employee responsible for HSX. This might mean the end of the game.
On May 25th, a group of HSX members start a fund raising campaign to keep the game alive. Lead by logotti, the aim is to raise money to buy HSX from Cantor Fitzgerald.
On June 19th, DMac (Antibody) returns to the game as admin (paid by the money raised by the members).
On July 27th, Release Date Call and Put Options are introduced, enabling to trade on when you think movies will return to theaters (or hit VOD/Streaming).
On October 1st, the share limit for MovieStocks was raised to 125,000 shares.
On October 8th, the share limit for MovieStocks will be raised to 150,000 shares.
On October 15th, the share limit for CelebStock/StarBonds will be raised to 25,000 shares.
On October 22nd, the share limit for Options and Derivatives will be raised to 25,000 shares. The share limit for Opening Weekend Warrants remains at 100,000 shares.
On October 27th, the share limit for Funds will be raised to 20,000 shares.
The weekend of March 28th, 2021 (Independence Day weekend) marks the first big box office in more than a year (w/AQPL2)
