I'd say as a general rule cut your losses but it depends on how many losers you are holding. If you have the time you should (IMO) take a look at each of them. Are they downgraded to Concept? In Development Heck with no news for a long time? What is their price history? Did they recently get a release date or some other big news?
Maybe clear your port of all the money losers and then start going thru the release schedule to see which ones you want to buy/short back into. Work your way thru the rest as you have time.
