There are just a ton of stocks released regularly at $1 and $2 & $4 that we know wont ever become anything, so they're a short sellers paradise. But what Yield do you hold onto these for?
I've realised whilst clearing these out today that the majority have sat there at 90-95% yield and remain in the port because I've been too lazy to properly analyze the stocks I have. Given each of these stocks is worth, at max $150k-$600k, racking them up can cause minor liquidity issues when you want to invest in big powerhouse IPO's or play the weekend.
I think going forward, I'm gonna limit these to a 75% yield and do a monthly sweep. I'll take reasonings for and against.
