decides he is ready to devote the time and effort to run it ... or when (if) he decides to relinquish the position and Antibody finds someone suitable to replace him. So, for now, all we can do is keep saying our fervent 🙏🏻 that Mr. Binns, the long-time VERY SUCCESSFUL manager of the bonds fund (through multiple iterations), will decide he is ready to again grace us with the blessings of his wisdom.
