Movies released directly on Netflix (or any other streaming platform) cash out at .01

HSX stocks cash out based on US box office revenue figures after 4 weeks for wide release or 12 weeks for limited release. Daily changes in stock price are based on demand for that stock. Netflix contracts don't factor into the computation. Sometimes a movie is released on Netflix while still in theaters. Again, it's only US box office revenue that determines the price. This is basically how it works.
