No....there is no way to view another player's portfolio (unless they give you their username, etc)... in earlier days
of HSX you could also get players information (their username only was needed) and then add them to your own "watch list" a kind of personal league... this would tell you their port's value, how much % they've grown it, their LTD rank, etc... similar info to what the leagues have now... the only difference is you could ADD those people without them knowing it, IF you had their username (which was always shown when they make posts on the Boards...
The difference now is that people have to JOIN your league, you can just add members at random.
Personally, I liked being able to track those I wanted to watch, rather than having them have to 'join' the league if I wanted to watch their progress....
