But it's shares held, not number of people holding it. You would think that if the number of shares held long by far outnumbered...
the # held short, it would be a gain, not a short when it started moving. From yesterday's IPOs, the one that only has a 5,000,000 difference between the Long and Short shares is going up, while the one with more shares held and a 28,000,000 difference between the Long and Short shares is going down. Their prices were very close, so I guess I don't understand how it works.

It seems kind of stupid that 32M shares of people thinking the IPO price was too low and 5M shares thinking it was too high Nov 23, 13:08
