When Eli Roth was promoting Hostel 2 on Howard Stern, he mentioned that he wants to make a movie with nothing but cheesy trailers.  Howard mentioned that he would like to make a trailer for Fartman and have it in the movie.  Eli agreed that would be a highlight of the movie.
