Interesting, but VERY long movie. The cut I saw was like 150 minutes

Gerard Butler is actually quite good in it. You spend like an hour with him as a crazy meth head biker. Then he turns into an Evangelical and I literally thought the movie was funded by Fundies for a good 20 minutes. Then he goes to Africa and you get some surprisingly harrowing stuff about Sudan. It deals with child soldiers head-on, which is commendable. Then he kinda goes Rambo for a bit...then stops going Rambo.

It's a fairly fatty movie, but it has a lot of potential and some great sequences. I look forward to seeing the final cut.
