No, there should be no reload. There might be some weird FF setting that forces a full page load on any link clicked; I think that used to exist, but didn't find it just now.

I use those section links frequently. There may be a sideway jump on the lower 3, depending on your screen and browser width, which may be fooling you. But, there should be no lag at all. That side-shift is a result of me widening the field, and the way the anchors are inserted in the table. I couldn't change it.
