I created the .10 gap on each side to prevent traders from being boxed in purposely and reward for quicker predictions.

There were 4 predictions that rubbed to close to another prediction.  I have decided to not disqualify those entries and instead move them to the next available slot.  The reason I did this is because the list became overwhelming to scroll through and see if you were too close to another guess.  The goal is to get as much participation as possible for now and future contests.  I don’t want to discourage folks from not playing because they don’t have the time to scroll through.

However, I do feel that other traders shouldn’t be penalized for my overruling of the disqualification, so if your guess was one that should technically disqualified and you win then you will split the larger prize with the closest contestant that was affected from your prediction movement.

I have updated the incorrect guesses to a new prediction, so if you scroll through and your prediction is different than your guess was one that came in too close to another prediction before you.

In the future I will handle this the same way.

Because we had such high participation and the fact that I made an overruling on the original rules I decided to up the grand prize to:

$50 Gift Card/Donation of your choice for exact delist.

If that doesn’t happen then….
$35 Gift Card/Donation of your choice to the closest delist (not exact).

If that doesn’t happen then….
$20 Gift Card/Donation of your choice for each winner (two) should they happen to split the closest delist.  This scenario applies to any of the predictions that were moved because their prediction was too close to another.

Winner(s) will be determined the evening of August 8^th, after the film (HPOT8) is delisted.  The actual box office cannot be used to round further than .00 decimals.  The winner is determined from the actual delist price that HSX uses.
