Axe body spray isnt going to make me sexy. Singing the State Farm jingle isnt going to get me a hot tub. Good luck trying to make all companies follow a strict truth-in-advertising policy
Lawsuit should be dismissed as frivolous. Could make a case that going to a movie is an investment of time and money, and if she didnt care enough to do her due diligence, she shouldnt be entitled to anything.
Personally the ads sucked and I mentioned not liking the bait and switch. But lawsuit? No way, it would be a mess.
