My take is that there's a lot of lazy money in PNAC3. Traders bought it at IPO with the expectation that it would go up in price. There was
never a compelling reason for these traders to sell the stock, but equally there wasn't a high volume of new cash coming in to buy it. That's why the stock has been undervalued until the last week or so.
