so saw Shame and 21 Jump Street last night....two TOTALLY different films. :)

Shame was was like WHOA.  think Fassbender should have gotten the nod over a couple of peeps, as well as Mike Shannon for Take Shelter (i know, beating a dead horse). 

was a great film that deserved a direction nod.  not sure why it got the snubs, but been saying for a long while Fass is coming up...this film just solidifies that.


21 Jump was actually very funny.  this first time I heard it was getting made I kind of thought "meh".  then I saw the trailer and kind of thought "meh".  I take back the "meh", this was a lot more funny than it was a great movie.  think many of you will get a kick out of it.
