1. I didn't think it was too bad, and I could understand the vast majority of what he said.
2. It's pretty much made out that Selina Kyle is very smart. Nolan just decided to forego trial and error and show her mastering it, but we really only see her drive away on it then come back later, he showed her where the weapons were so that wasn't too big of a problem.
3. Unbelievable sure, but they were keeping them supplied, and I assume they weren't just holed up down there, they were probably running around or doing something to keep in shape, you know they had to want to get out and try to take things back.
4. I don't understand this one. Gotham was at peace before Bane arrived, and he announced at the stadium that if anyone left or came on the island he would detonate the bomb, therefore they went about keeping people on.
5 and 6. These are more Superhero/movie logic. I'd bet Batman's going to have problems with the back longterm, but he had the adrenaline/will going to get capable of making a move and return to beat Bane. They'd already established he was using aids in in his suit to help him carry out the fight, I'd imagine he had a few more going. As for the bomb, that's pretty much the case in any movie, get the thing over water and away from civilization and it'll all be alright, accurate? No, but neither was the water evaporate thing not doing damage to humans in the first one.
