ON RABT2: “I'm not planning any sequel. All I know is there a draft for a sequel sitting at Disney [written by Peter S. Seamond and Jeffrey Price]. It's good, but I don't know what's going on, it's just a great script sitting.”

On BRFTB:...and the rumored Barefoot Bandit film entitled “Taking Flight” simply just that (“It's sounds like a good story,” he chuckled), it would seem Zemeckis is left without an immediate gig.
