not true. there was probably 1 person that got it at that price. now price is frozen $27.34. see a few post down for more info. {nm} Oleg Max Dec 17, 14:07

Apparently it's a re-IPO (moviestock that had been previously delisted), so they are suposed to remain halted until reset slappydavid Dec 17, 14:08
